He brings with him over 20 years of culinary experience. Chefario created menus and dishes for Clyde’s and Old Ebbitt Grill for over 12 years. He is bringing that consistency and creativity to Extra Virgin for all of our guests to enjoy. Chefario’s vision of Italian cuisine shines through in each signature dish and diversity of homemade pasta dishes at Extra Virgin. From the stuffed dates to the homemade Lasagna and authentic Tiramisu, Chefario’s own recreation of the classic dessert from his favorite restaurant in Treviso Italy, Le Beccherri.
