    I have been a loyal patron of Extra Virgin since I moved to NOVA a few years ago. The food is absolutely outstanding and the service is always top notch. I once ordered an odd pasta combination (pesto and meatballs – why did I think that was a good idea?) and they offered to make a new order with salmon at no cost. The manager has always stopped by and checked on our table at least once to check on us. You just don’t see this kind of dedication in restaurants anymore.

    If anyone from the restaurant is reading this, please bring back the fried lasagna! That was hands-down one of the three most delicious things I have ever eaten. The new lasagna is good, but the fried lasagna was something really special.
